Who is responsible for this appearing on American television? CBS? NFL? MTV? Super Bowl? Viacom? Paul Tagliabue? Justin Timberlake? Janet Jackson? Or all of them combined? Millions of unsuspecting Super Bowl viewers, including children, were subjected to this inappropriate image of so-called 'entertainment'! Hopefully FCC Chief Michael Powell, the agency's chief federal regulator, will get to the bottom of this outrage and prevent any future occurrence. Absolutely deplorable offensive behavior!
